Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from WLMOUSE official online stores. If you purchased from an authorized reseller or third-party marketplace, please contact the original seller directly, as their return, refund, and exchange policies may differ.
1. Returns for Non-Defective Products
We offer a 7-day return window for non-defective products. The 7-day period starts from the date the package is shown as delivered by the shipping carrier tracking record.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened where applicable, and in the same condition as received
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, inserts, protective films, and included items are returned together
- If the product was sealed when delivered, the original seal must remain intact
- The product shows no signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or modification
Returns for non-defective products that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened mousepads
- Opened ear tips and other hygiene-sensitive IEM accessories
- Grips, skates, and other consumable or wear items
- Any item that has been used, installed, damaged, or is not in resellable condition
Because mousepads and certain IEM accessories are consumable or hygiene-sensitive products, they are not eligible for return once opened unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present upon arrival.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The following charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Original shipping charges
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance fees
- Other shipping-related charges already incurred
WLMOUSE is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
4. Return Requests After 7 Days
If more than 7 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date, we are unable to accept a return or exchange for non-defective products.
This 7-day return policy applies only to non-defective items. If your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or functional issue, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Approved returns submitted in accordance with this policy
- Approved order cancellations
- Confirmed cases involving wrong items, missing items, or other valid issues approved by WLMOUSE
- Other situations where WLMOUSE determines that a refund is appropriate
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Estimated refund processing times:
- Credit card payments: usually within 7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer
- PayPal payments: usually within a few hours after processing, though actual timing may vary
Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Partial Refunds or Deductions
If a returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts not caused by our error, or shows signs of use, we may reject the return or issue only a partial refund, depending on the specific condition of the item.
If a refund is approved for a return where the customer is responsible for return shipping, the return shipping cost and any non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
7. Currency and Bank Charges
Because payments may be processed in different currencies, the refunded amount shown in your local currency may differ slightly from the original amount paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.
WLMOUSE is not responsible for:
- Currency exchange differences
- Bank handling fees
- Card issuer fees
- Other third-party transaction charges
Some banks or payment providers may charge additional fees for refunded or canceled transactions. These charges are outside WLMOUSE’s control.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please take the following steps first:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to appear on your statement
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required

9. Exchanges
We only accept exchange requests for eligible products that are unused and in original condition, or where the exchange is approved by WLMOUSE based on the specific case.
To request an exchange, please contact support@wlmouse.com first.
For non-defective exchanges:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Additional shipping charges may apply for sending the replacement item
The time required for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
If the product has a functional issue or confirmed defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy for the appropriate support process.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may approve the cancellation and issue a refund.
If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the return process, if eligible.
WLMOUSE reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for special-order, customized, or made-to-order items once production or fulfillment has begun.
11. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
- Drops, impact, water exposure, fire, or improper storage
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or customization
- Improper or inadequate maintenance
- Use not in accordance with the product instructions, user guide, or safety guidelines
- Damage caused during return transit due to insufficient packaging or shipping handling
- Damage caused by third-party accessories, software, connected devices, or source equipment
- Commercial use, where not permitted by the product documentation
- Weather conditions, lightning, or other acts of nature
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized individuals
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or battery aging over time

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WLMOUSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, return, or refund of any product.
WLMOUSE’s maximum liability under this policy shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
