CHINA SHIPPING

WLmouse ships from CHINA.

Orders are usually processed within 2 days and we offer worldwide shipping!
Usual shipping time is about 15 days!

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

If you want to modify or cancel an order you placed, please email support@wlmouse.com with your order number and request. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but please understand there is no guarantee we will be able to do so in time. Each ticket is responded in the order they are received and it takes time for communication with our support and warehouse team. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship from China and we offer air transportation! Usually packages are delivered 20 business days after the order is placed!

Some countries may experience delay or gaps in tracking notices. This is normal and the package usually arrives just fine. If you notice that there have been no tracking updates for a while, bear in mind that in most cases, the package still arrives without any issues. If, however, that does not happen and you have not received the package 60 days from the day of shipment, we are here to assist you in the best way possible.

WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND FEES?


Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. 

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Failure to pay for import customs or refusal of the order will result in the items being shipped back to us. If the order is sent back to us, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping the package back to us.

WARRANTY

For any product or part that may become defective within 14 days, we offer a free replacement.

If any product or part becomes defective after 30 days of delivery (while still within the product’s warranty period), we will offer a free replacement, and you will only have to cover the shipping costs.



Warranty Period


1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, accidental damage, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. The Warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to the customer.
