WLMOUSE is committed to providing high-quality service to our customers. This Limited Warranty Statement outlines our warranty terms and how to request support. This policy applies to individual consumers only.
Warranty Coverage
WLMOUSE mice are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty only covers functional defects caused by manufacturing or material issues.
Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, paint wear, minor discoloration) are not covered.
To ensure proper support, please keep your order number or purchase confirmation as proof of purchase.
All warranty claims must be submitted via email to: support@wlmouse.com

General Warranty Terms

Warranty applies only to WLMOUSE mice purchased from our official store or authorized resellers.

If purchased from third-party platforms or resellers, please follow their return/replacement policies.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, modification, dropping, or water exposure.

If a product or part is replaced, the original warranty period remains unchanged.
Packaging Requirements
Please keep the original product packaging and internal protective materials.
If a product needs to be returned, use the original packaging or other approved protective packaging.
Damage caused during transit due to improper packaging is not covered under warranty.
Return and Refund Policy
Return requests will be accepted in the following cases:

Within 7 calendar days of delivery: the product is unopened and in brand-new condition;

Within 7 calendar days of delivery: the product has critical functional issues or manufacturing defects;

Within 3 calendar days of delivery: the product is severely damaged during transit, and valid damage proof is provided by the shipping carrier.
All returns must be submitted via support@wlmouse.com and approved before shipping.
Returned products will be inspected. If no defect is found, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the returned product is missing accessories, cables, or other parts, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery;

The product is missing accessories, cables, or original packaging items;
-
The issue is caused by user-induced damage (e.g., drop, water damage, incorrect voltage);
-
No issue is found after inspection;
-
The product is returned without approval or outside the allowed return period.
Replacement Policy
Replacement requests will be accepted in the following cases:

Within 7 calendar days of delivery: the product is damaged during transit (with valid proof from the carrier);
-
Within 7 calendar days of delivery: an incorrect product was received;
-
Within 7 calendar days of delivery: the product has critical functional issues or manufacturing defects.
Once the replacement request is approved, the product must be returned within 7 days.
Failure to return the item within the time frame will be regarded as a waiver of the replacement request.
Replacements are limited to the same product model.
Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

The request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery;

The issue is confirmed to be caused by user damage;
-
No defect is found after inspection — if the customer wants the original product returned, they must cover the shipping cost;

The product was damaged during shipping, but no damage proof was provided and the item was accepted without objection.
Repair Policy
If your product encounters functional issues not caused by misuse within the warranty period, WLMOUSE may provide repair service.
Repairs are supported under the following conditions:

Functional issues occur during normal use and are not caused by customer mishandling;

Defects are caused by manufacturing or workmanship.
Repairs will not be provided in the following cases:
-
No damage proof from the shipping carrier is available;
-
The issue is caused by misuse, water damage, dropping, modification, or external impact;
-
The product has been disassembled or repaired by the customer without approval;
-
The issue is cosmetic (e.g., minor wear or scratches) and does not affect functionality.
Battery Safety Notice
If the battery of your mouse is swollen or deformed, immediately stop using the product and contact our support team at support@wlmouse.com.
Continuing to use a swollen battery may pose safety risks.
Additional Notes

If no return or replacement request is made within the allowed period, it will be considered as a waiver of your right.

The warranty period is paused during the time a product is in transit or under repair/replacement, and resumes once returned to you.

Do not attempt to repair the product yourself unless instructed by our support team. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.

If free replacement parts are confirmed and approved by support, customers may install them by themselves. These cases are still covered under warranty.
Policy Changes
WLMOUSE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
We will provide notice through our official website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Please review the policy regularly for updates.
By continuing to use our products or services after updates take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
If you do not agree, please stop using the product or service.
