Refund Policy

Non condition Returns


We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return an item starting from the date that you received it. (confirmed by Shipping Tracking record). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. If it's plastic sealed when you get it , it should remain plastic sealed. Some types of goods such as customized products cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and Customs fees are non-refundable. ( we will send you a receipt after we get it ). If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
We may issue refunds for the following reasons:

1. Items returned according to our return policy upon receipt.
2. Order cancellations.
3. Other valid reasons.

If you paid by credit card, refunds typically take up to 7 working days to process, although the exact time depends on your bank's processing time. If you paid via PayPal, refunds usually arrive within a few hours. If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us to investigate.

Please note that the refunded amount may differ slightly from your original payment in your national currency due to fluctuating Currency Exchange rates. WLMOUSE is not responsible for these differences.

Your bank may deduct transaction fees for fully or partially cancelled or refunded orders. WLMOUSE is not liable for any additional fees charged by your bank.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1.Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn't been credited yet.
2.Contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears on your statement.
3.Reach out to your bank, as they may require some processing time to finalize the refund.

Exchanges

For item exchanges, please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. Contact us at support@wlmouse.com, and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

Warranty

For any product or part that may become defective within 14 days, we offer a free replacement.

If any product or part becomes defective after 30 days of delivery (while still within the product’s warranty period), we will offer a free replacement, and you will only have to cover the shipping costs.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage caused by user negligence, accidents, disassembly, water damage, misuse, abuse, alterations, or vandalism.
2. Improper or inadequate maintenance, including failure to perform required preventive maintenance.
3. Use not following the instructions in the User Guide or any additional safety, use, or warning guidelines provided with the product.
4. Unauthorized modifications or commercial use.
5. Damage that occurs during return transit.
6. Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
7. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, electrical power issues, or acts by third parties.
8. Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
9. Failure to follow usage instructions accompanying the product.
10. Damage caused by weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or acts of nature.

Additionally, WLMOUSE is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
