Warranty Information

All WLMOUSE products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

For Orders Purchased Directly from Our Shop:

1. Within 14 Days:
Return for a full refund. Ensure the product shows no signs of use and that accessories are unopened. Cover return shipping costs, as we cannot provide return labels.

2. Within 30 Days of Delivery:
Get a free replacement. Provide evidence (video or photo) to verify the issue.

3. After 30 Days but Within 1 Year:
Get a free repair.


For Orders Purchased from a Retailer:

Process the RMA through the retailer.

Important Note: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover regular wear and tear, misuse, water damage, etc. Damage to the packaging during shipping is also not covered. The warranty is void if the product is disassembled without permission from WLMOUSE.
