Shipping & Delivery Policy

WLMOUSE ships orders from China.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, and we offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination and shipping conditions.

1. Order Processing Time

Confirmed orders are typically processed for shipment within 2–3 business days.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the order will be shipped only after all items are in stock, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as:

  • SF Express
  • YunExpress
  • 4PX
  • YANWEN
  • Other suitable logistics providers

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the best available option at the time of fulfillment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped from China, the estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery may take longer in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Non-continental U.S. islands
  • Rural or remote areas
  • Flight delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Local delivery constraints
  • Force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control

If your shipping address is located in a remote area or requires special handling, additional delivery time may apply.

4. Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.

However, we are currently unable to ship to:

  • U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, AP, and AA
  • Certain P.O. Box addresses
  • Other restricted destinations depending on carrier limitations or local shipping regulations

If we are unable to ship to your address after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a solution.

5. Split Shipments

Depending on the size, quantity, or contents of your order, your shipment may be divided into multiple packages.

If this happens, each package will have its own tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.

6. Order Cancellation

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so they can reach you on time.

Because of this, orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once a package has been dispatched, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We do not accept changes to the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.

If you need to request an address correction before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
