Refund policy

Returns Policy:

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Please contact support@wlmouse.com for return or exchange instructions. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be processed and posted. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@wlmouse.com for further assistance.

 

Warranty & Exchanges Policy:

All WLMOUSE products come with a 1-year limited warranty. To qualify for warranty service, your product must be within the warranty period.

To claim warranty service, retain the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Only the original retail purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage, and the warranty is not transferable.
